SPARRING & CLINCH

SPARRING & CLINCH WORKS SPORT SPECIFIC PARTNER DRILLS FOLLOWED BY LIGHT TECHNICAL CONTACT SPARRING CURATED TO THE STUDENT'S LEVEL. CLASS WILL BE SPENT PRACTICING PARTNER DRILLS WITH A FOCUS ON OFFENSIVE, DEFENSIVE, AND IN THE RING TECHNIQUES NEEDED IN COMPETITION AND KICKBOXING STRATEGY.
THE SECOND COMPONENT OF THIS CLASS IS CLINCH. OFTEN OVERLOOKED, CLINCH IS A UNIQUE STYLE OF STAND-UP, NECK WRESTLING WITH A FOCUS ON KNEES, ELBOWS, CATCHES, AND SWEEPS INTEGRAL TO MUAY THAI.
NOT LOOKING TO COMPETE, NO PROBLEM. AMPLIFY YOUR KICKBOXING SKILLS, FORM, AND FITNESS IN THIS INTENSE, FUNCTIONAL WORKOUT.
